承担本科生《遗传学》、《生物化学》、《细胞生物学》、《生物信息学》等课程,以及硕士研究生的《生物信息学》课程的授课任务。

研究领域

1、生物信息学:密码子用法及基因家族、microRNA基因进化与功能分化机理;

2、植物逆境基因组学:植物逆境耐性种质的鉴定与利用;microRNA基因的鉴定、功能与作用机制等。
